Bat specialist speaks at city meeting

It’s a subject not many want to talk about. Partly because it’s smelly and partly because it’s scary.
But now people are talking.
Last week several downtown business owners met to talk about b-a-t-s.
Unless you are new to Cuero, you know there are bats downtown. You can see them flying at sunset. You can smell them on a rainy day.
Jim Kennedy, principal scientist with Kennedy Above and Under Ground in Austin, is a bat specialist. He was previously specialist with Bat Conservation International.
