It was a little shaky for the Kitty Kats on March 11 playing at home against Runge.
With Sam Neimeier injured from the Three Rivers game, the Kitty Kats brought in Morgan Campos to pitch. With little to no experience Campos pitched the first four innings allowing only two hits, holding Pettus to three runs. While on the mound Campos made two double plays.
In the fifth inning with the bases loaded and no outs, Yorktown softball coach Michael Blaschke pulled Campos for Niemeier to finish the last three innings, while the score was still 7-3.
