Yorktown Volunteer Fire Department responded to this fire July 11 around 3 p.m. in the 100 block of Jacob Street. A small building burned and firemen can be seen pulling down part of the wood frame. The Cuero Livestock Show Board is bringing a Lester Meier Open Pro Rodeo to Cuero for the eighth year on July 22nd and 23rd.
