The Cuero Gobblers took to the track on February 27 in Goliad participating in the Shirley Fmka Relays. The Varsity Boys finished in 9th place overall, and the JV Boys brought home the silver, Finishing 2nd, just 5 points shy of Ingleside who topped the list. Sophomore Jessiah Rodriguez jumped a personal best, for the JV Boys team, of 5’9” in the high jump. Coach Adam DuBose noted “after _ghting the rain and cold the last few weeks we were happy to finally get out on the track. I am extremely excited about the way our guys competed in every event they were in.”
