The Shiner Gaslight is busy celebrating not only its 130th birthday, but also the 50th anniversary of continuous productions since its rebirth in 1975! Built in 1895, more than 64,000 people have attended the Gaslight over the last 50 years.
On Sunday, February 23rd, Volunteers and Patrons started the celebration by announcing the awards for the plays in 2024. Winners are ( left to right) Jodi Adamek Sister Michelle Award for Outstanding Theatre Personality, Tina Hoelscher- Joe Patek Sr. Award given to the Outstanding Patron Supporter, Elaine Berkovsky - Lamplighter Backstage Award, Sandy Machacek - Lamplighter Out Front Award, Lindsey Bickham Best Adult Debut, and Braydon Self-Best Youth Debut.
