Dear Editor, Born and raised in Cuero, as a former resident, I was visiting Cuero a few weeks ago and suddenly developed an emergency medical issue. Upon arrival to Cuero ER, I was greeted with kindness and respect.
Tyra made the check in process super easy. She had a very calm, positive attitude, understanding, kind, patient and explained the paperwork process in detail. The process was smooth and efficient, not a long wait at all.
Amanda had a calm disposition. She explained the process of procedures that I was undergoing in detail so that I understood. She continually checked on me and spent an endless amount of time with me and explained in detail how to better manage my chronic health conditions. She talked extensively about how nutrition, meds and exercise go hand in hand. Amanda did not have to spend all that time with me, but she did and I am grateful and thankful to her concern and caring.
Dr. Pacheco had a calm disposition. His professionalism and expertise put my mind at ease. I was in excruciating pain and could hardly breathe, within a short amount of time, my pain went from 10 to about a 1 (being the lowest), after Dr. Pacheco helped me, I felt so much better and I could breathe easier and talk again. Dr. Pacheco even explained my condition to my daughter on the phone, he didn’t have to do that. His willingness and kindness is commendable. He even showed me the photo of my condition and explained in detailed what was going on with me and the steps I should take for further treatment. Dr. Pacheco kept checking on me to make sure that I was doing okay before my release.
Dustin made me feel comfortable while doing the CT scan and explained in detail the process. His expertise was awesome!
The entire Cuero ER medical staff went Up and Beyond the Call of Duty. The Cuero ER Team has a loving, caring and nourishing nature for patient care. I would recommend Cuero ER to anybody with a emergency medical need.
Its good to know that Cuero ER is nearby in this area, an emergency medical facility that we can count on. Cuero ER medical expertise will put you and your loved ones minds at ease because you will be in Trusted Hands. I Thank the Lord for putting this medical team in place.
In my opinion, Cuero ER is one of the BEST ER Centers this side of the Guadalupe. The Cuero ER Center should be recognized for being one of the BEST Emergency Centers for providing excellent service in Cuero and the surrounding communities.

In my opinion, Cuero ER is one of the emergency medical centers that is leading the way in emergency medical care. The entire medical staff excels in professionalism and expertise.
Cuero ER gave me the Star treatment! I felt like I was a Super Star! Dr. Pacheco and the staff treated me like I was a Queen! The only thing that was missing was a box of chocolates and a glass of wine, lol!
