On Tuesday, April 1 the Wildcat and Kitty Kat golf teams played the first half of their district golf tournament at Pamilla Beach Golf Club in Port Aransas. Other teams in the district include Woodsboro, Skidmore-Tynan, Three Rivers, Pettus, and Port Aransas.
After the first round of play, the Wildcats tied with the Port Aransas Marlins. The Kitty Kats, in second place, trailed Port Aransas by 33 strokes and defeated Kenedy by 23.
