Dear Editor, On Saturday, April 26th, United presented their first annual event 'Come & See - It's Fun & Free.' Bibles, household products, personal items, canned goods, cereal, eggs, clothes, boots and many other items were given away.

Umbrellaed under Tri-City Empowerment Council, founded by Viola Holman, United is committed to uniting our community through the love of Jesus Christ. This is the second event United has held this year. On March 29th, United presented the “Youth Ignited' event at the Cuero Municipal Park featuring praise & worship music, games, & food. This 'Youth Ignited' event, held regularly, is geared toward Jr. High to young adults.
