We want to start off by thanking God for the much-needed rain this past week. It was a very welcome sight!
We had 162 cows and 18 bulls. The demand on packer cows and bulls was really high which made them $5-7 higher than last week. Top bull weighed 1905 lbs. selling at $2. The set of advertised cows were mostly open and brought $2600-$2850 with the breds bringing $2950-$3050.
The calf market this week was strong with high demands consistent with previous weeks. Calf prices continue to set records each week.
