We were blessed to receive amazing, plentiful rain. Cuero received around 5-6 inches of rain with some of our customers reporting up to 12 inches!
This week we had 101 cows,
7 bulls and 11 sheep/goats. The packer cows and bulls were once again consistent with last week’s figures. The calf market continues to be unbelievably amazing and the demand for cattle remains very strong. Although the rainfall kept our volumes low, we had another record-breaking week. We had a deal of calves avg. weight of
612 lbs. that brought $3.85 per pound for a total of $2356.20.
