No, it's not a real 'science' lab, but at Pet Adoptions of Cuero there are enough Labrador retriever canines up for adoption that we are coining it for June a 'LAB'-batory. Often this breed has been posted as America's favorite because labs are smart, easy to train, great companions and love having a family to bond with.
The ones at the shelter have all been vetted, trained to walk on a leash, get along with other canines and are ready to head on over to their forever family and new homestead. Best of all - the selection. There are small black labs, medium black labs, large black labs, and both males and females are available. The age of the labs ranges from 3 months to 2 years, so there is something for everyone.
There is a small adoption donation to help cover vet expenses. Come spend a morning meeting, walking, petting or playing fetch with any of the half dozen impressive Labradors.
