Dear Editor, I don’t understand why the city wants to charge me $500 for not keeping my ditch mowed. But in the ditch on the other side of my property the grass is thigh high and there are mosquitos, snakes, rats and ants coming out of the grass. I don’t understand how they can get by with it. I think they need to mow that grass in the ditch and between the trees. I don’t want to cause trouble, but I would like some answers. I hope that I don’t upset anybody, but it doesn’t seem fair to me.
Thank you for reading this,
