Back in 1968, Westhoff American Legion Mueller-Schaffner Post 369 sponsored Denis R. Mueller, left, to attend Texas Boys State. Fifty seven years later, Sawyer D Fuchs, right, was sponsored by the same unit and attended recently in June 2025. They both agreed it was a great learning experience. Sawyer attended the American Legion meeting on June 23, 2025 and gave a report of his experience to the Legion members.
