DeWitt County civic leaders met on July 8 at the Ag Friar Building to begin the process of updating the DeWitt County Hazard Mitigation Plan. H2O Partners, the consultants hired to compile the plan, hosted the meeting. Once finished and approved by FEMA, all county entities will have an easier process in acquiring grants after a disaster.
