RESCHEDULED GOLF TOURNEY The Cuero Health Men’s Health Golf tournament has been rescheduled to Saturday, July 26th. Held at the Cuero Municipal Golf Course, this tournament is a 4 man scramble. Registration at 8 a.m., tee off at 9 a.m. This annual event highlights the importance of primary care, routine checkups, and necessary screenings that all men need to make a priority, to lead healthy lives. Free PSA screenings are available, the morning of the tournament, to registered players. A lunch is served to all the players and cash prizes are given to the top five teams. 2026 NORDHEIM STOCK SHOW VALIDATION Steer and breeding cattle validation for the January 31, 2026, Nordheim FFA Stock Show will be held on Saturday morning, Aug. 2, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Nordheim School FFA Barn. Junior FFA and FFA students in grades 3-12 are eligible to show steers and present a breeding animal (s), if the student meets the criteria as stated in the General Rules of the Nordheim FFA Stock Show. School Districts must ensure that a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) is provided for children who are identified as needing special education and related services. Child Find is a process to identify, locate and evaluate individuals from birth to 21 years of age who may need special education and related services. Evaluations for Cuero, Meyersville, Nursery and Westhoff ISD are available through Child Find. Early childhood intervention programs serve children with developmental delays and their families.
