Victoria — NFL Hall of Famer and mental health advocate Charles Haley will serve as the keynote speaker for the 5th Annual Hope and Recovery Luncheon, a fundraiser for the Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach (BTCRO). The event will take place on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at the Victoria Community Center, located at 2905 E. North Street in Victoria, Texas.
This year’s luncheon promises to inspire and unite the Crossroads area through powerful stories of recovery and resilience. Charles Haley, the first player in NFL history to win five Super Bowls, has become a passionate voice in the mental health and recovery space. His message will focus on overcoming adversity, embracing vulnerability, and finding strength in healing, both on and off the field.
Proceeds from the luncheon will directly benefit Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach and Hope Ranch, organizations dedicated to supporting individuals battling substance use disorders.
