In honor of National Cheesecake Day on July 30, Mad Batter Cheesecakes, at 117 Esplanade, celebrates its opening with a Cuero Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting. Owner Brittani Quinn had hourly drawings with all orders receiving a cheesecake side. A special treat for youngsters on any day is a free spin on the cheesecake ride outside.
