Dear Editor,

I am writing to address recent concerns regarding our phone system and to provide some context for the current challenges we are facing. We understand the frustration that comes with not being able to reach us promptly and wish to offer some insight into the situation.

I am writing to address recent concerns regarding our phone system and to provide some context for the current challenges we are facing. We understand the frustration that comes with not being able to reach us promptly and wish to offer some insight into the situation.

Firstly, our organization is currently experiencing a significant increase in call volumes. This surge, while a testament to the trust and reliance our community places in us, has also placed considerable strain on our phone lines and staff. We are working diligently to manage this volume and ensure that every call is answered as efficiently as possible.

Additionally, we are in the midst of an important transition: upgrading our medical records system. This upgrade involves comprehensive training for our team to ensure that we continue to provide the highest quality of care with the most advanced tools available. While this transition is crucial for improving our services, it has temporarily impacted our ability to handle calls as swiftly as we would like.
