It’s Homecoming Week in Yorktown

Agriculture teacher Emmalee Alatorre’s Yorktown High School Advanced Floral Design class created this year’s Mega Mum in a record four days. The mum is 14 feet long this year. The goal was to make it look like a realistic homecoming mum. The mum will hang in the high school. It is the second year for the tradition.
