RTICLE Every month the team at Pet Adoptions of Cuero looks forward to the fourth Saturday from March until October so they can bring some adoptable pets to this wonderful small town tradition.
Created by Main Street Director Sandra Osman, the Artisan Market Day offers a varied selection of exhibitors including custom designed wearables, home made food products, quilts, bakery, decor items, jewelry and more — all showcased under the library pavilion on Main Street and Gonzales.
The market continues to attract visitors from near and far - all anxious to shop, visit and enjoy the open air market. Pet Adoptions of Cuero joins other local organizations to publicize the non profit no kill independent shelter located just on the edge of the Cuero city limits. This past weekend three pups were adopted during the event by families from out of town.
The shelter is also looking forward to the October Artisan event which welcomes pets and children in costume to celebrate HOWL-OWEEN. Vendors will be offering treats and goodies. Plan now to attend Oct. 25 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.for a fun family good time.
Potential pet adopters are welcome any time to PAOC which is located at 407 US Highway 183 South, Cuero and open every day of the year from 8 till noon. For more info on pets or the events: 361-243-8550
