I became an animal control officer four years ago with the city of Cuero. Whether it’s responding to a dangerous dog or animal cruelty situation, the safety of the public as well as the animals is top priority. There have been many positive changes and I’m proud to say that bringing my expertise and knowledge when I was first offered this job has made a huge impact on both the safety of the community and the welfare of the animals. When I get time off, I enjoy spending it with my three children and being at home on my farm with my horses, bull, and dogs.
