Matejek Family Reunion
The 44th Annual Matejek Family Reunion will be held at the DeWitt County Veterans Center in Yorktown on Oct. 26 starting at 10 a.m. A pot luck meal be served at Noon followed by a brief meeting. Yorktown Trunk or Treat Trunk or Treat will take place at Yorktown City Park Friday, Oct. 31, 6 to 7:30 p.m. There will be awards for best decorated Trunk, Table and Booth. The swine, breeding swine validation, and monthly weigh-in for the Jan. 31, 2026, Nordheim FFA Stock Show will be held on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Nordheim School FFA Show Barn. This is a mandatory weigh-in for swine validation. Market steers, heifers, sheep, breeding sheep, goats, and breeding goats are also required to be present at this weigh-in. Questions or concerns?
