She holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and leads with integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to community trust. A proud graduate of the FBI National Academy, Session #294, she continues to grow as a leader through advanced training in contemporary law enforcement and collaborative leadership. Outside the uniform, Bethany is devoted to her husband, Jefferson, of 16 years, and their daughters, Ava and Madelyn. Balancing career, family, and service, she strives to lead with humanity and authenticity, believing that true leadership is built on perseverance and transparency.
