Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of DeWitt County, DeWitt County Beef and Forage Committee and Cuero Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture are sponsoring a six-hour continuing education unit to be held on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
The program will be held at the Anne Friar Thomas Homemaking Building, located in the Cuero City Park attached to the Friar Ag Center. Registration will take place 7 to 8 a.m. with the program starting promptly at 8 a.m.
Participants need to RSVP to attend this event, as there will be a noon meal. RSVP to the DeWitt Co. Extension Office by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26. Please be sure to show up early enough to allow time for registration. Other financial sponsors for the event are DeWitt County Producers Association (CO-OP), Ful-O-Pep, and DeWitt County Farm Bureau.

Muir, Wildlife Damage Biologist – Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Wildlife Services 4) Pondweed Management Brittany Chesser, Aquatic Vegetation Management Specialist – A&M AgriLife Extension 5) Toxic Algae Signs & Safety Tips Brittany Chesser, Aquatic Vegetation Management Specialist – A&M AgriLife Extension 6) New World Screwworm Biology and Update Dr. Sonja Swiger, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Entomologist.
There will be a $35.00 per person fee charged. There will be light snacks in the morning and a noon meal. Six (6) CEU’s will be offered for private, commercial, and non-commercial applicators license holders.
