Pre-K students from Yorktown Elementary took an exciting field trip to H-E-B to wrap up their “Healthy Me” unit. In the classroom. Students learned about the importance of eating nutritious foods, identifying food groups, and understanding how healthy choices help our bodies grow strong and stay energized. They discussed fruits and vegetables and how exercise and rest also keep us healthy.
