Thanks to a generous grant from the HE- B Tournament of Champions and the H-E-B Explore More initiative, the Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum is thrilled to offer free admission for all visitors during November and December!
CTHM is honored to be one of nine regional museums and attractions selected for this initiative, alongside organizations such as the Texas Zoo, the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Golden Crescent (limited per day), the Matagorda County Museum, and the City by the Sea Museum. For a full list of participating sites, please visit the Events page at chisholmtrailmuseum. org.
We invite you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity and Explore More! Stop by CTHM to enjoy a familyfriendly scavenger hunt, explore the stunning fine art photography of Frank Klein and wildlife sculptures by Kent Ullberg in our Life on the Fence exhibition, or bring a picnic and relax on our museum campus. We are open Tuesday–Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Mark your calendar: Join us for H-EB Night at the Museum on Tuesday, Dec. 2, from 4 to 6 p.m. We’ll host a festive, family-friendly open house with tasty treats from H-E-B Cuero, hands-on crafts, and an opportunity to write letters to Santa.
We are deeply grateful to H-E-B for recognizing the value of cultural, educational, and familycentered experiences in our region and for investing in our community in such a meaningful way. Their generosity helps ensure that museums are accessible and welcoming for everyone. Thank you, H-E-B! We look forward to welcoming you soon!
