Evthing powers up community spirit with generous donation

In a town where flavor meets forwardthinking, EVthing is proving that great food and great purpose can go hand in hand. Known for its elevated Texas street food, premium gelato, retro gifts, and the fastest EV charger in DeWitt County, EVThing recently added another distinction to its name: community champion.

On the Friday leading up to the 2025 Concert for Classrooms, EVthing donated 20% of its proceeds to the Cuero ISD Education Foundation, reinforcing its commitment to local students and educators.

We’re incredibly grateful to EVThing for their generosity. Their support helps us continue our mission of enhancing educational opportunities for every student in Cuero ISD. It’s partnerships like these that remind us how strong our community really is.

The Foundation relies on the donations and gifts of local sponsors to help fund classroom innovation grants, student scholarships, and enrichment programs that go beyond the basics. EVThing’s donation is more than a financial gift—it’s a vote of confidence in the future of Cuero’s youth.

As the music from Concert for Classrooms fades into memory, the impact of that weekend continues to resonate— thanks to businesses like EVThing who understand that investing in education is investing in everyone.

So, whether you’re stopping in for a brisket taco, a scoop of gelato, or a quick recharge, know that EVThing has already helped fuel brighter futures—and we’re thankful for their support of the Cuero ISD Education Foundation and their belief in the power of education.
