CHS Mini Cheer Camp was held Saturday, August 24th at the High School gym. Over 112 future cheerleaders attended this year’s mini camp. The CHS Cheerleaders taught the young campers cheers, jumps, stunts, a dance and made many lasting memories.
The mini cheerleaders will perform on the sidelines at this week’s football game against the Columbus Cardinals at Gobbler Stadium on Friday Night. For campers who didn’t receive their t-shirts at camp, please arrive early before the game to pick up your shirt. The Cheer Booster will have a table by the entry gate behind the home stands by the practice field from 5:30-6:15 p.m. The mini camp shirt will be your camper’s ticket into this week’s football game.
Mini Cheerleaders will need to meet at the big gates where the football players enter the field at the designated times: Pre-K -Kinder arrive with six minutes left in the first quarter and they will perform at the end of the first quarter. 5th-6th graders will also arrive with six minutes left in the first quarter and perform following the Pre-K - Kinder.
