RTICLE There will be some very happy shelter pets over the holidays this year thanks to Cuero’s GVEC office.
Once again the local GVEC office stepped up to make sure local homeless shelter pets had a wonderful Thanksgiving too. They collected over 650 pounds of cat and dog food to benefit Pet Adoptions of Cuero.
Promoting the event on social media brought donations from the community, GVEC customers, staff, and management and it became quite an impressive haul.
PAOC staffer Kyle Eakin was on hand to load up the PAOC van along with assistance from GVEC staffers Priscilla Pedraza, Kelle Stanfil and Christie Guajardo.
Thank you to all that donated food and supplies. PAOC is so blessed and so thankful.
