Hunt Elementary held an Anti-bullying Pep Rally on August 27 with visitors from the Cuero High School Band, Varsity Football, Cheerleaders and Trotters.
Three varsity players, Conner Kubesch, Cash Cooper and Hayden Carter, shared about treating people how you want to be treated - with kindness.
The cheer squad gave a special anti-bullying cheer and Assistant Principal James McCarter gave a motivational talk.
“Remember, we’re all different, we’re all unique, and we need to embrace the special qualities in each other,” he said.
“You never know what effect a smile will have on someone.”
