Gobblers, coaches and canines - a winning combination!

How do you walk 10+ dogs at one time? Just recruit the Cuero Gobblers! No PAOC dog gets more excited than they do on Thursdays once school is back in session. All the PAOC canines know the sound of the big Cuero ISD bus as it pulls into the shelter’s parking lot.
The Gobbler football team visit Pet Adoptions of Cuero on Thursday, Aug. 29, to walk all the big dogs. A parade of green shirts led a dozen dogs at one time down Highway 183 in front of the shelter. (Contributed photo)

If dogs could talk they would be saying “Yippee - the Gobblers are back to walk, play and shower us with attention.”
