Pet Adoptions of Cuero says New Year’s resolutions are fine but there’s a better way to start off this year — with a commitment that you won’t want to break.
Adopt a furry forever friend. The shelter has it’s largest inventory ever of dozens and dozens of canine breeds, all sizes, males and females and fur colors galore. Likewise for the kitties — 8-week-old kittens, teen cats, adult cats and senior cats are ready for adoption too.
Everyone is welcome to visit the PAOC shelter. You do not need to be a De-Witt Co. Resident to adopt. Bring the whole family to choose your new family member. Plan on spending some time getting to know a potential adoptee, and watch how the pet reacts to everyone in the family.
Senior citizens welcome the opportunity to find a little “fur buddy” to make each day fun and fulfilling. Families love younger dogs and pups so the pet grows up with the family too. Guys are among the latest to become cat dad’! They love the easy care daily routine of caring for an indoor cat but still get the welcome home dad treatment when they come home from a busy day.
Here’s two new arrivals at PAOC, Brandi and Whiskey, catahoula mixes that will be medium sized pets at maturity.
The shelter is open every day of the year from 8 am till 12 noon or call for a late afternoon adoption visit; 361-243-8550. PAOC is located at 407 US Highway 183 South, Cuero.
