The DeWitt-Lavaca A&M Mothers’ Club proudly provides support to students from DeWitt and Lavaca Counties who attend Texas A&M University in College Station, Galveston, McAllen, and Qatar. This support is granted through scholarships; paper weights for graduates of our members; donations to student organizations; and where applicable, goody bags during finals week.
At this time, scholarship applications are being accepted for incoming freshmen who have been accepted to and plan to attend Texas A&M University.
Additional scholarships are available for students who have transferred or have been accepted to transfer in to Texas A&M University for the Fall 2025 or Spring and Fall 2026 semesters.
For both scholarships, the applicant must have graduated from a high school in DeWitt or Lavaca County and be a resident of either county. Additionally, the parent/ guardian must reside in DeWitt or Lavaca County.
All incoming freshman and recent transfer students are encouraged to apply for a scholarship. The freshman scholarship application is available through the area high school counselors and both scholarship applications are available on the Aggie Mom’s website at dewittlavaca.aggiemoms. org. All scholarship applications are due Friday, March 6, 2026.
Membership to the DeWitt-Lavaca A&M Mothers’ Club is open to all Aggie Moms who reside in DeWitt or Lavaca County, regardless of when your Aggie attended Texas A&M. Associate membership is also available to any Aggie supporters. Membership dues are $15.00 per year or $150.00 for a lifetime membership. Membership forms are available on the club’s website.
