CHS athletes sign letters of intent

Cuero High School saw five more athletes that will continue their careers at the college level, including three members of the football team, after signing day was held last week. The group represents multiple Cuero programs and highlights continued college-level opportunities for Gobbler athletes.

Quarterback Jaxon Marie committed to play football for Hardin- Simmons University along with his teammate Aiden Stafford, who also committed to play for the Cowboys. Walker Dietze committed to play football for Texas A&M-Kingsville.

Pitcher and infielder Eli Garrett committed to play baseball for Schreiner University. Hitter Julianna Cox committed to play softball for Blinn College.
