Who let the dogs out?

Pet Adoptions of Cuero is doing their best to make sure the dogs and puppies are safe and secure at the shelter location: 407 US Highway 183 South in Cuero.

After 11 years at this current location, things started to get in disrepair. One of the major pet visitation, exercise and bonding areas is a large fenced grassed yard with trees for shade and fresh-water pools.

Over time the gates and the hardware really have taken a beating. The nonprofit shelter is often working on a zero 'repair' budget because of the volume of homeless pets it cares for each day — an average of 60 dogs and cats.

PAOC needed a firstclass fence repair service to come in and redo the gates to the enclosure. South Texas Fence and Deck Company came to the rescue. They completely replaced the custom- sized gate and hardware and repaired some other areas. The gates are now professionally installed. The company donated all the materials and labor and completed the job on a Saturday.

Thanks and sincere appreciation to Jeff Yates and Taylor Bassett for stepping up to help the nonprofit pet rescue and shelter. The dogs are happy, the PAOC staff is so happy and gratefully recognize South Texas Fence and Deck Company for this wonderful donation and gift.

So here's the answer: No chance of the dogs getting out with the new STF&D gates!
