DeWitt County officials and employees celebrate receiving a 2025 Safety Achievement Award from the Texas Association of Counties Risk Conference in a ceremony in Round Rock April 1. DeWitt County is one of only 17 TAC members statewide receiving the honor this year. The award is for fostering safety in the workplace and controlling county workers’ compensation claims.
