This week’s auction had a combined volume of 1,348 head, consisting of 1,030 from the regular sale and 318 through the weaned sale. The offering included 195 cows, 22 bulls, and a small selection of sheep and goats. The market for slaughter cows and bulls showed continued strength, trading steady to $5 higher. After recent fluctuations, the calf market saw a significant rebound across most classes, with some averages climbing $10–$20 higher. Overall demand remains excellent.
