The City of Cuero Tree Board will host a tree dedication ceremony in memory of Ray Kelley on Friday, Aug. 7, at 10 a.m. at Settler’s Park.
The dedication will honor Kelley’s legacy as an educator, mentor, community leader and longtime principal of Cuero High School.
Community members are invited to attend the ceremony and celebrate Kelley’s contributions to Cuero and generations of local students.
