Members of the De-Witt County grand jury issued 36 felony indictments following their monthly reviews of major criminal cases in the months of April and May.
Of those 36 cases entering the legal system, 11 were sent along as sealed indictments, which typically occur whenever law enforcement has not yet made an arrest in the case.
Keep in mind, the person named is not necessarily guilty of the crime(s) listed.
