Spirit of '76 Celebration
The DeWitt County Historical Commission will host its 'Spirit of '76: Roots of DeWitt County' celebration Friday, July 3, at the English-German Schoolhouse and Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum in Cuero. The event will feature living history presentations, Revolutionary- era programs, family activities, patriotic displays, ice cream and apple pie as part of America's 250th anniversary celebration.
