Charles Wayne “Bubba” Hull

Charles Wayne “Bubba” Hull, 53, of Houston passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024. He was born October 11, 1970 in Cuero to Katheryn A. Pinn and Charlie Lee Hull Jr. He married Sandra “Lisa” Kelley on February 24, 1996 in Texas City, Texas. He was a Licensed Master Plumber. He was a Houston Astros Baseball and Houston Texans Football fan. He liked to kick the soccer ball and toss footballs with his family. He loved watching Nascar and enjoyed going fishing. In his spare time, he enjoyed taking drives in his El Camino. His pride and joy were his nieces and nephews. They meant the world to him as they were his “children”.

He is survived by his mother, Katheryn Hull; his loving wife of 28 years, Lisa; his sister, Ronny Kay Garcia (Edwin); nieces, Jennifer Lucas Torres, Stephanie Garza, Lesley Brown and Kitty Belle Cornell; nephews, Christopher Lucas Jr., Charlie Lucas and Brodi Kelley; great-niece, Heaven Torres and great-nephew, Ian Garza.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Lee Hull Jr.

Visitation will be Friday, September 20, 2024 from 5:00 -7:00 PM at Freund Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 21, 2024, 11:00 AM at Freund Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Westhoff Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Charlie Lucas, Christopher Lucas Jr., Brodi Kelley and Cody Powell.

Honorary Pallbearers include James Jolly and Eddie Garcia.

The family would like to thank all our friends, customers and family who donated, prayed and supported Bubba in his fight. It is much appreciated. God Bless you all.
