Both the Lady Pirates and the Pirates will finish district play in 2nd place, advancing to the play-offs.
The Lady Pirates had a season record of 8-2, only falling to Moulton. Tuesday night the Lady Pirates fought hard to capture the win with only five players 33-28 over Prairie Lea.
The Lady Pirates have a play-off game set for Monday Feb. 10 against Dime Box, playing in Moulton.
The Pirates also racked up another win against Prairie Lea 4235 . The Pirates so far have a record of 6-3 with one more district play game on Tuesday against Runge in Runge. Friday was a very exciting game against Waelder and the Pirates captured the win 60-52.
