Allman is Yorktown's ace in the hole


   There is usually the difficulty of having enough players in any given sport when it comes to small 1A schools and for Yorktown it is no different. Students juggle their time between two to three sports at a time during the spring season of school as well as keeping up with classes and studies.
   But for golf coach Ruben Serrano, he has his ace in the hole, Grant Allman. For Allman, this is his only spring sport which allows him to devote nearly two hours practicing his chipping and working his way up to the heavy clubs. “To miss a day is to miss the shot. One day makes a difference in your game,” said Allman.
