Rotary Club honors Netardus with award


   Cuero Rotary Club honored DeWitt County’s Extension Service Agriculture Agent Anthony Netardus with its Vocational Award of 2013.
   Club president Tyler McClellan presented the award to Netardus at a recent Rotary Club meeting.
   Netardus’ interest in agriculture began at a very early age having grown up and later working on a dairy farm in Jourdanton. In high school, he was an active member in FFA serving as chapter president his senior year as well as earning the Star Greenhand, Star Chapter Farmer, and the Lone Star Degree.
