Back to School Bash a huge success

Dear Editor,
On behalf of Cuero ISD, I would like to give a big Gobbler thank you to everyone who participated and volunteered in our Gobbler Back To School Bash. We had a great turnout and received numerous compliments.
According to our sign in sheets we had approximately 359 adult family members/parents with 562 students/children.
A huge round of applause to our community members who partnered with us and participated in the event or donated or sponsored free items: Cuero National Bank–Branch of First National Bank of Shiner, TDECU–Your Credit Union, First Baptist Church, Ful-O-Pep, Walmart, McDonald’s, HEB, Colortyme, Whataburger, Dairy Queen, A Special Stitch, Passport Health/North Texas Nurse, Cuero Catholic Community, GVEC, and Ozarka.
Parental involvement is the foundation for student success. When schools, parents, and community members work together, the results are successful Cuero ISD students. Thank you for helping make the event a huge success.
