Four year repeat for Kitty Kats


The Yorktown Kitty Kats have taken district champion four times in a row with their recent win against Kenedy at home, Oct. 18.
Just before the game Yorktown Volleyball coach Deirdre Alexander said, “If we win tonight we will clinch district champs.” 
Game 1 the Kats started out slow. Kenedy was ahead 3-5 before the Kats started to play in sync. When the teams were tied 5-5 the Kats were well on their way to clinch district. Yorktown won 25-16.
