City animal shelter ribbon cutting Nov. 14


The Chamber of Commerce assisted the open house and ribbon cutting for the City of Cuero Animal Shelter Nov. 14. The shelter is on FM 766, one exit past the Stevenson Unit. The city’s animal control office is Scott Sullivan with assistant Donald Johnson. Pet Adoptions of Cuero had several animals available for adoption at the event. Those who have concerns about an animal between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. are asked to call the Cuero Police Department at 361-277-3552. After hours call may be directed to 361-275-5734.
