Cuero Chamber hosts Father Daughter Dance

The Cuero Chamber of Commerce and 2019 Miss Cuero Court held their first Father Daughter Dance event on Saturday, Feb. 29 at the Cuero City Municipal Park Club House.

The event was a fundraiser to help raise money for the 2020 Miss Cuero Scholarship Pageant and Scholarships. The Father Daughter Dance also encouraged the importance fathers and male role models in a young girls life. Guests were encouraged to bring canned goods that will be donated to the CAMAL House.  The Chamber is  proud to say that the turnout exceed their expectations, with over 200 in attendance.

The girls and their  “Dates” were dressed to impress, some even arrived in Limos! Guests enjoyed a fun evening of snacks, pictures, and of course, a ton of dancing to music form DJ Mike Cantu.

It was precious to see how special these men made their daughters, stepdaughters, granddaughters and nieces feel like Princesses for the evening.

The Chamber and Miss Cuero Court would like to extend a huge “Thank You” to all that attended the dance.
