The Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum presented a summertime Cowboy Camp June 21 to 24 on the museum grounds. Stations were set up to learn how to churn butter and cook biscuits over a fire. There were demonstrations on blacksmithing and leather and wood branding. Another station showed how skim milk was made back before you could buy it at a store.
