The Nordheim FFA Stock Show will be held on Saturday, Jan. 29, at the Nordheim School FFA Show Barn. The market animal judging will begin at 9 a.m. and will include 12 steers, 23 goats, 8 lambs, and 13 hogs. There will also be 5 heifers (non-selling) for a total of 61 animal projects. The premium auction will begin at 2 p.m.
The Nordheim School Food, Craft, Art, and LEGO Model Show will be happening in the main building across the street. The Grand, Reserve and Blue-Ribbon Foods, Arts and Crafts will sell at the conclusion of the premium sale.
There will be a concession stand featuring hamburgers on the premises sponsored by the Nordheim Senior Class. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Michael Leister Scholarship Fund. “Tickets of Chance” will be for sale until noon, with winners announced at 1:30.
